BELT TYPE COLOR SORTER


Characteristics

  1. Corresponding to 3HP/5HP Milling machine Capacity 350kg/h.
  2. Two cameras set back and forth detect milled rice coming from 300mm wide belt and reject bad rice by 10 Flappers at Primary sorting, then reject again by 6 Flappers at Secondary sorting.
  3. Sensitive of two cameras set back and forth can be adjusted freely. Re-sorting mechanism is adopted and its mixing rate of reject is up to 0.3%
  4. Chalky grain can be also rejected.
  5. Easy installation, need no compressor, save cost, easy maintenance.
