Connecticut Consultant

Georgette R. Scott joins IXG with a background in real estate. She is currently Director of William Pitt Real Estate’s 1031 Tax Exchange Program. She has been a professional, full-time realtor for nearly 9 years, and her first year in real estate was named “Rookie of the Year”. Georgette has served as director on both the Stamford Board of REALTORS® and the Mid-Fairfield Board of REALTORS® and is a monthly contributing columnist for Norwalk Hour newspaper’s real estate section. Georgette is IXG’s marketing contact in Connecticut and New York.

Florida Consultant

Dave Foster comes to IXG with 17 years of business and real estate development experience. Dave was most recently with Colorado Christian University as the Director of New Campus planning charged with the development from concept to entitlements and construction of a new 300 million-dollar physical campus for CCU. Dave has also developed several small business units of his own, from concept to maturity and divestiture. A degreed accountant, with a Masters degree in Management, he has lectured at the university level in the fields of administration and legal issues. Dave conducts continuing education seminars on 1031 Exchanges with focused emphasis on business implications of 1031 Exchanges. Dave is a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange consultant with IXG.

Hawaii Consultants

Ron Lunsford comes to IXG with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, as well as a background in communications and sales. Ron has been a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii for several years and earned degrees in Real Estate and Business. Ron graduated from St. Leo College in Florida in 1979 and has completed several courses towards his MBA at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Ron also serves as an appointed Notary Public where he is state certified and registered in all circuit courts throughout Hawaii. In addition, Ron has worked as a consultant and public relations manager for a local title and escrow firm. He has assisted several lenders, title companies, banks, etc., in providing notary services for the disabled.

Ron currently serves as a regional manager and 1031 consultant for Investment Exchange Group, with offices in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Martin Murray comes to IXG with 17 years of business consulting experience. Martin was a senior manager at both KPMG Consulting and Deloitte & Touche, where he advised many Fortune 500 companies on e-business issues and internet business strategies. Martin earned a MBA from Brunel University, Oxford and a BA from Middlesex University, London. Currently, Martin is developing online marketing strategies for realtors and presenting seminars for continuing education.

Georgia/Northern Florida Consultant

Ron Stallings, Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Management Services, Ltd., has served as CEO of six businesses in seven different industries during the past 25 years. His Fortune 500 experience was with Allis Chalmers Corporation in southern and Midwestern branches with responsibilities in sales, sales management, finance, and business development.

He has founded companies, developed national marketing and sales organizations, and introduced a variety of new products. His teams have secured distribution and sales nationally and internationally with extensive expertise in closely held corporations. As founder of several companies, Ron instituted strategic corporate development programs as well as staff development, training programs, and workshops. Ron is a public speaker and the author of numerous magazine articles in different industry trade publications.

Ron has raised capital from Fortune 500 companies, banks, private placements, and public funding. He was selected for Who’s Who in Finance and Industry in 1979 through the present. Ron was educated at the University of Missouri and the University of Hawaii, with a major in business.

Ron is an exchange consultant in Georgia and Northern Florida for IXG.

Arizona Consultant

Warren H. Mee comes to IXG with a vast knowledge of mortgage and investment consultation and the real estate industry. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Warren brings an entrepreneur spirit to IXG as a successful investor, owning properties across three states. He also consults on the benefits and success of investing in the 1031 real estate industry. His experience in the title and real estate business are a great addition to IXG. He is the exchange consultant representing Phoenix and Southern Arizona.

Wyoming Consultant

Bill Twichell has 27 years of experience as an attorney. He holds a BS degree from Greenville College in Illinois and received his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He is a member of state and federal court bar associations for Wyoming and Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Bill was the Wyoming State Bar Chairman of resolution of fee disputes and was the Ninth District Wyoming State Bar Commissioner. Bill is IXG’s consultant for the Wyoming territory.

Northwest Consultant

Patti Mitchell has 23 years of experience in the real estate and corporate relocation fields. She has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon for 18 years. Prior to joining IXG, she was designated broker in Oregon for the number one relocation company in the country.

Patti has extensive experience in product development, marketing and relocation program management. Her responsibilities included account management for Fortune 500 companies in the Northwest.

Her background also includes handling every detail of the acquisition, marketing and resale of employee homes for a start-up relocation company. Patti is a notary public for Oregon and Washington.

Patti is the Northwest Regional Manager for IXG, with offices in Hillsboro, Oregon.
