Filter elements are individually shrink wrapped to protect filter element Micro Glass Media from contamination. The gasket assembly includes Viton high temperature seals and flat gaskets are placed on the flat bottom of the carton to help prevent gaskets from being damaged from folding or crimping. The complete carton is then shrink wrapped. HF 491723B and HF 491202C filters and the HF 1047 gasket assembly can be purchased separate.
Multipass Filtration Performance testing performed by Fluid Technologies. Test include Flow Rate, gpm, Differential Pressure. (psid), Particle Distribution Analysis (Particles per Milliliter), Dust Capacity (Grams) and in-line particle counts.
Dyno tested by an authorized Allison Transmission Repair Facility. Test included main pressure, applied clutch pressure, lube pressure and locking pressure. The test results show lower pressure, higher fluid flow and lower temperature.
